Our company’s activity includes the sale of women's clothing and accessories. More specifically, dresses, blouses, tops, skirts, pants, bermuda shorts, cardigans, shorts, T-shirts, jackets, coats, scarves, evening bags, everyday bags, shoes, belts, swimwear, pins, beach towels, etc., are sold. By using the services of the website, you consent and accept the Privacy Policy for Personal Data Protection as well as the Terms of Use posted on it. The non-exercise of any of the rights derived from these terms by the Company does not imply in any case a waiver of these rights.

Product Search and Purchase – Conclusion of Remote Sales Contract

Users are free to navigate the website; however, the ability to place orders and purchase products is exclusively reserved for legally competent Users according to Greek Law. In the case of an order by a legally incompetent person, the Company reserves the right to execute the order by the person who exercises guardianship or supervision.

The products sold through the website are intended exclusively for purchase by Users and not for resale. In the event of a violation of this term, the User is obliged to compensate the Company for any damages resulting from their non-compliance with the terms.

Product Prices

All prices listed on our website are final and include VAT. Shipping and other taxes are not listed next to products but appear in the shopping cart before purchase.

The company reserves the right to adjust product prices.

Limitation of liability

Withdrawal / Product Return - Replacement – Order cancellation

Cancellation of the order is possible:

· Before the order is completed, during the online ordering process, you can remove quantities of products from your cart by clicking the delete button.

· If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been invoiced/dispatched, you can contact us by email or phone to request a cancellation.

The customer retains by Greek law the right to return the order or part of it within 14 days from the date of receiving. Your return will be accepted provided that all of the following conditions are met:

· the purchase has been made from our online store (online or by phone).

· the product/products are in their original condition and have not had any special tags removed (e.g., protective covers, tags).

The company may refuse the return for reasons of public health, e.g. beachwear.

Order delay

Your order may be delayed:

· If the product has been delayed in reaching our warehouse: in such a case, we will contact you to ask if you would like us to deliver the order without this product or if we can suggest an alternative.

· If the product you ordered has been discontinued and is no longer available: in this case, we will contact you immediately to provide you with alternative options.

· During periods of extreme weather conditions or strikes, as well as in cases of force majeure that may affect the transportation and delivery of your order. In this case the company bears no responsibility for the delay that is attributed to force majeure.

· In case there is a problem with the process of the order or payment and it is not possible to contact you by phone and/or e-mail because the information the user provided is not up to date.

Alternative dispute resolution- Jurisdiction- Applicable law

A provided by Joint Ministerial Decision 70330/2015 following the Directive 2013/11/EU, any dispute between the company and the consumer may be electronically resolved through the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
